I'm a professional engineer at Englobe, where I lead a field team doing CSA concrete QC and QA for construction clients. Before that I did a master's in materials engineering, with research in non-linear FEA for residual strain analysis.
Outside of work I like building software. Most of these projects exist because I wanted to automate something tedious or answer a question I had.
At work I also build internal tools with Python, MS Access, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The projects below are the personal ones.
SCORM Virtual Tour
A 3D guided tour with points of interest, quizzes, and a final exam. Packaged as a SCORM module so an LMS can track progress and scores.
Overwatch Stats Dashboard
Tracks stats for my Overwatch group. Polls a self-hosted OverFast API on a schedule, stores snapshots in MongoDB, and shows rank trends, hero history, and session breakdowns.
Intrinsic
Estimates the intrinsic value of stocks and rolls their financial metrics into a quality score. Each stock page breaks down the underlying financials.
PDF Flow
Desktop tool that reads scanned reports with OCR, then renames, sorts, and emails them based on templates you set up. Multithreaded so large batches stay quick.
Sole Relief
Website for a local mobile foot care business. I handled the whole thing: domain, DNS, hosting, deployment, and recreating their logo.
Laptop Database
Inventory app for tracking laptops. Search by model or serial number to pull up hardware details and compatible parts.
Job Aid PWA
Hosts department job aid PDFs for desktop and mobile. Works offline and can be installed as a standalone app.
